"My experience was great, and I gotta mention that Cassandra from support was truly fantastic."
I've been a customer for a year, and I can honestly say it's been all good vibes. I really want to highlight Cassandra, one of the support reps, who has been incredibly helpful. Just the other day, she helped me sort out a problem, and she handled it so quickly and effortlessly.

I've wrapped up the filing of my business papers, and Inclife is moving ahead with the trademark stuff. Honestly, I didn't see myself feeling this way after I began to lock down the name I wanted. Still, I'm thankful that my worries about my logo's name are being handled with some solid legal advice as I keep pushing forward.

"Totally unprofessional service and a waste of time..."
These folks are just plain unprofessional and have squandered a bunch of my days. I carefully gave them all the details they asked for, only for them to come back and request it once more.
To make matters worse, they finally let me know that they don’t take applications from people who aren’t US citizens.
This whole ordeal has been a total drain on my precious time.

I have been a customer for a year now and I must say that my experience has been nothing but positive. I have to give a special shout-out to Cassandra, one of the customer support representatives, who has been absolutely amazing. These individuals are completely unprofessional and have wasted several of my days. I diligently provided them with all the information they requested, only for them to ask for it again.
To add insult to injury, they ultimately informed me that they do not accept applications from individuals who are not US citizens.
This experience has been a complete waste of my valuable time.
